Integral Grounding

Integral Grounding focuses on the deeper principles of post ceremonial grounding and integration. Our series will give you the keys to instantly snap back to your center and maintain your space as a true energetic sovereign.

When the ceremony is over, the real work begins.

Developing our capacity to be rooted and grounded in any given situation is the most important aspect of this work.

As we go through the different stages of awakening and remembrance, we begin to access the higher states of consciousness and expression.

  • How do we ground our elevated states into the physical realm?
  • How do we integrate our expansiveness into everyday travels?
  • How do we apply those feelings of elation and release into our daily lives so they are not lost in the chaos of the 3D world?

Join us for this 4-part journey where we offer the keys to Integral Grounding.

Some of the themes we will cover and delve deeper into are:

• Anchor Point Awareness
• Accessing your sovereignty
• Snap back grounding
• Ceremonial balance and boundaries
• Principles of holding and maintaining space
• The politics of spirituality
• Qi Gong principles
• Dyanamic meditation
• Equanimity

Expect to walk away with the knowledge of what true grounding is, as well as practical techniques to instantly bring you back to center at any given time; how to anchor in and hold space for yourself and larger groups; applicable techniques in protecting and guarding yourself against energetic vampirism, and more…

Through beneficial and inspirational traditions of Yoga, Dance, and Music, the BaliSpirit Festival illustrates the Balinese Hindu concept of Tri Hita Karana: living in harmony with our spiritual, social, and natural environments.

Committed, particularly, to nourishing our own home in Bali, the founders of the BaliSpirit Festival pledge to provide financial, logistical, and organizational support to local charities, with a special emphasis on children’s programs, multicultural education and performance, healthcare, HIV& AIDS awareness, and environmental conservation in Bali and greater Indonesia.
