DRAGON'S BLOOD
A Powerful Peruvian Jungle Antioxidant

How I discovered Dragon's Blood

I was introduced to Dragon’s Blood while doing a diet in the jungle of Peru in the Iquitos region.

After being bitten by mosquitos and various other insects the bites became unbearably itchy and put me into low grade allergic reaction. I consulted with the shaman administering my diet and he told me about dragon’s blood.

As soon as I applied it to the bites the itching stopped and swelling went down. I became fascinated with it and began researching its healing properties and was astonished by just how powerful it was and what it could be used for.

"Sangre de Drago"

“Sangre de Drago” or commonly referred to as dragon’s blood is the resin of the Croton lechleri found throughout the Amazon Jungle regions of Peru, Brazil, and Ecuador. It that has been used for generations to treat internal and external afflictions.

Sustainabl Harvesting

By making diagonal cuts into the trunk of the tree and affixing a cup to the bottom of the cuts, the tree appears to bleed as the blood colored sap drips down the cut into the cups. 1-2 liters are collected from each tree to promote sustainability and a healthy balance with nature. Up to 20 liters can be collected from a single tree in a year’s time. I went down to the jungle in Peru myself to collect it too ensure its quality.

Powerful Treatment

During my time in the jungle I came across many different healing plants that are capable of treating various issues however I found that Dragon’s Blood as a stand alone is capable of treating so many different things that I couldn’t resist bringing some back for the people.

Throughout my travels in South America and Southeast Asia I have used
dragon’s blood to treat various insect bites, the infamous Bali Belly, parasites in the jungle of Peru, allergic reactions from bites in Thailand, and the eczema I have struggled with since childhood with great success.

Along with insect bites, cuts, and stings, dragon’s blood is also used to treat
burns, sores, allergic reactions, and many other abrasions and irritations.

Antifungal Properties

Used as a sort of “cure all”, dragon’s blood is a powerful antifungal agent and a natural remedy for treating, ulcers, gastrointestinal issues, cancer, tumors, joint inflammation, hemorrhoids, respiratory viruses, staph infection, menstrual irregularities, the list goes on and on.

When applied to cuts and bites, it appears as a scab with a pinkish hue to it. Working as a natural bandage it is packed with anti-fungal agents to facilitate a faster healing factor than most other natural remedies available.

Approved by the FDA

For those who suffer from Leaky Gut Syndrome or intestinal permeability which is generally characterized as gas, bloating, cramps, aches and pains after eating, it works to seal those holes on your intestinal wall and allow your digestive system to optimally function again naturally.

According to Dr Mark Miller PhD, MBA, FACN, CNS from Albany’s Medical
Center, when taken in small amounts, dragon’s blood is, “ridiculously potent for a variety of conditions in the GI [gastrointestinal] tract,” including diarrhea. Croton lecheri extract is the first and only oral plant medicine to be approved as a drug by the FDA.

Packed with proanthocyanidin oligomer a powerful anti-viral, it has been shown to fight hepatitis A and B viruses, respiratory syncytial virus, influenza A virus, parainfluenza virus, and herpes viruses 1 and 2. It is quite powerful in treating HSV-1, the herpes virus that causes cold sores.

When the beginning feeling that precede an outbreak occur (numbing tingling sensations) when ingested it is shown to prevent the eruption of an outbreak.

There has been promising research being conducted using dragon’s blood to
treat alzhemimer’s patients as well as diabetics. Alzheimer as of late is being referred to as type 3 diabetes as there is essentially a major malfunction in you gut and the bacterias there. Dragon’s blood allows your body to repopulate your gut with your own natural bacteria facilitating the realignment of your enteric nervous system. More than 50 clinical studies back the benefits of this natural medicine.

Anti-Aging Properties

Not only limited to its use for medical conditions, dragon’s blood is also used in the cosmetics industry for its healing and anti-aging properties. In recent years more cosmetics for facial and skin rejuvenation have been adding DB to their formulas as it is shown to help in the production of new collagen. Even by simply adding pure dragon’s blood to your regular beauty regime would produce amazing results in a few applications.
